The current Quote System version is 4.7.0. To determine what version of the quote system you are currently using, go to "About" in the "Help" menu. The following changes have been made:
To update the quote system, simply go to File - Check for Updates. If you do not have an internet connection on the machine where the Quote system is installed, download version 4.7.0 as indicated below.
To use this file, first download the file and run the Quote4-7-0.exe program. This will go through the full installation process but will only update the files changed since the previous version. Once the update file has been downloaded, it can be burned to a CD or copied to a USB pen drive and used to update all other computers containing the quote system.
WARNING: Major updates require a password to gain access.
