We are pleased to announce that Transcraft Warranty will begin managing Warranty claim transactions utilizing an on-line database solution for filing warranty claims. This portal is designed after the Wabash National Warranty portal you have become accustomed to. In this effort we have instituted a separate web portal for filing Transcraft claims which is identical to that used for Wabash claims for your ease of use. The Transcraft Warranty website can be found at www.Transcraft.com using the “Customer Support” tab and selecting “Warranty”.
This new offering does require the Authorized Service Center’s assistance in assuring that they log into the appropriate website when submitting Transcraft claims as all claims will be routed to our Cadiz, KY facility for disposition and approval by the source of where the products are manufactured. This also allows use to keep separate the technical service aspect of Warranty support as wells as claim accounting, payments, and disposition, etc.
Transcraft authorized Service Center’s will be notified of this change on an individual basis by Mike Bird, Warranty Manager @ Transcraft over the upcoming weeks. Service Centers who perform warranty service both Wabash and Transcraft will continue to report Wabash related claims through the Wabash portal and now begin to report Transcraft related claims through the new Transcraft Warranty portal. Vendor related claims will continue to be processed under normal procedures. We believe this improvement will be seamless as both portals are identical in function and look and offer the same ease of transaction you have become accustomed to.
